Stop working around your software.

We build software for small businesses, shaped to how you already work, and you own it. If it won't save you money or make you money, we won't build it.

Custom software for small businessesScroll
01The problem

Sound familiar?

It handles most of the job. The part it can't handle is the part your business depends on, so that part lives in a spreadsheet, a group chat, or someone's head. You pay for the software every month and still do the hard part by hand.

  • Moving

Our dispatch software can't split a job between two crews. The real schedule is on a whiteboard, and someone updates the system after.

  • Trades

We quote differently than the software does. Every estimate starts in a spreadsheet and gets typed in twice.

  • Property

Owners, tenants and contractors are in three different tools. Every Friday someone matches them up by hand.

  • Agencies

The project tracker doesn't know how we bill. Invoices get built from three exports and whatever someone remembers.

  • Retail

We asked for one change that would fix it. Two years later it's still on the roadmap.

Most people stay because switching sounds harder than living with it. It usually isn't.

02Rent vs own

Renting software vs owning it.

Renting

  • A monthly bill for software you can't look inside.
  • New features decided by other customers.
  • The gaps stay your problem.
  • Prices go up when they decide.
  • Leaving means a CSV export and starting over.

Owning

  • Built around how you already work.
  • You can see how it works, and change it.
  • Code, accounts and hosting in your name.
  • You decide what it costs to run.
  • If you stop working with us, you keep it.

That's what we do. We build software for small businesses and hand you the keys. AI does a lot of the building, so projects take weeks instead of months and cost less than you'd expect. You'll deal with the same person from the first call to launch.

Worth working out before you talk to anyone

Add up the hours your team spends each week on workarounds: retyping, reconciling, chasing. Multiply by what those hours cost you. If that's more than the subscription, you're paying twice. If it isn't, your current tool is probably fine.

03Recent work

Recent work.

Some of it we build for clients. Some of it we build and run ourselves, which means we handle the billing, the support tickets and the outages. Either way, it's live and in use.

04What we do

What we do.

We build the part of your business your current software can't handle, then hand it over. Usually it's one of these.

  • Scheduling and dispatchJobs, crews and routes, the way you actually split the work.
  • Quoting and invoicingPriced your way, so nothing gets typed in twice.
  • Customer portalsWhere clients check status, sign off and pay without calling you.
  • Internal toolsThe spreadsheet everyone depends on, turned into software.
  • Joining up your toolsKeep the ones that work. We connect them so nobody copies data between them.

How a project runs

You don't switch everything at once. Your current tool keeps running until the new one is ready, and you decide when to cancel.
